What do I do?
A therapist
and great clients
working
together honestly
and successfully.
It is as
simple as that;
people working
with each
other
toward a
goal.
A word from Kim
I am aware how difficult it is for someone to call a therapist; therefore, I take each call seriously
and attempt to see that individual as soon as possible. I honor the courage it
takes for someone to make that first call and to come that first time. I believe in collaboration in therapy, my clients and I are a team determining goals and working together
toward them. Possible benefits of
coming to me for therapy include increased insight and problem solving skills, a better ability to respond to stress, and
having someone to share your thoughts and feelings with. Therapy is not about
being sick or broken or being wrong, it is about growth and courage and moving forward.
It also isn’t all hard difficult work; it can be fun, exciting, and joyful.
I chose to be a therapist because I feel people should be able to develop insight, strength, and joy in their lives
every day, and my clients have proven me right again and again.
